Sustainable Code

All new dwellings now require a mandatory rating against the Code for Sustainable Homes and one of its important assessment criteria concerns materials – in our case, timber. Buildings will be assessed for their carbon neutrality and given a rating either at the design stage or on completion in order to receive Final Certification.

Christina Meyer Sustainable Wood Products will assist clients in meeting these requirements. We will advise on the Code, offer training in it and assess the design and construction stages of any particular project.
