Future legislation as well as the insistence of government and major clients on the use of sustainable products will demand that building companies have in place policies based on three critical criteria: legal, ethical and sustainable. Companies will have to follow BRE codes for new builds paying particular attention to sustainable policies from sourcing onwards.

If a company does not have such a policy, we will write one for you that is fit for purpose and is sustainable. We will consult with you to prepare procedures which support the policy developed, assist in its implementation and provide support for its maintenance.
